Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to psychotherapy, supporting individuals through a variety of challenges using mind-body connection techniques.
Begin Your JourneyI believe in the sacredness of life and the resilience of the human spirit. As a second-generation. Croatian with Scottish roots, I carry a deep reverence for ancestry, community, and the natural world. These threads shape the way I walk through life—with compassion, curiosity, and a profound respect for each person’s journey.
Long before I became a psychotherapist, I was a listener and a learner—someone who found healing through connection, creativity, and shared humanity. I’ve been involved in the Healing Arts and Helping Professions in many forms throughout my life, and over time, these experiences have woven together into what I call a kaleidoscope effect—many colors, many facets, all held together by heart.
I bring my own thorns of experience to the table, and I believe in the healing power of being able to sit together—to laugh, to cry, and to mend what needs mending. Today, I’m a trauma-informed somatic and art psychotherapist. For nearly two decades, I provided field-based mental health services across Los Angeles County, supporting families impacted by trauma in their homes, schools, and communities. That work continues to inform my practice, which now includes both in-person sessions in Altadena and telehealth services throughout California.
Healing is not a solitary path—we are shaped by those who came before us, the lands that hold us, and the communities that surround us. Together, we remember who we are, where we come from, and how to belong—to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world.

I take an integrative and systemic approach, honoring how ancestry, family, lineage, culture, and community shape a person's life. Therapy is a collaborative journey where we co-create a path to sustainable well-being.
I approach the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, humility, and my own "thorns of experience," which have gifted me understanding and compassion. Healing trauma begins with building a foundation of safety. Through the mind-heart-body-brain connection, individuals can restore a sense of safety, improve self-esteem, and experience emotional relief.
I support people with current stressors, offering skill-building in stress reduction, emotional regulation, and gaining new perspectives. This work offers a powerful pathway toward wholeness and resilience.
It takes courage to ask for support, and I'm here to offer a welcoming space where you can feel relief, clarity, and the possibility of change—one step at a time.
Whether you are navigating stress, grief, or trauma, my approach focuses on fostering healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
